I believe this is the dialogue sheet referenced at the end of the November 19, 1934 Gag Outline: …available from “Harry Bailey in Music Room Number Four.”
I’ve never really been good with dialogue, so I’m hesitant to comment on this document other that to say they’ve inserted a lot of humorous business directly into the dialogue:
BALDY: THE PLACE IS CLEAN!
GRUMPY: LOOK’S LIKE DIRTY WORK!
…
GRUMPY: MARK MY WORDS – IT’S NO THING HUMAN!
DOPEY: GHOSTS.
DEAFY: NO – GOATS SMELL DIFFERENT. [he’s deaf]
…
DOC: FOLLOW ME MEN – WE’LL GET TO THE BOTTOM
OF THIS! (Pushes others in ahead of him)
DON’T BE AFRAID, MEN
…
DOC: YOU’RE NOT AFRAID, ARE YOU?
DOPEY pantomimes “Yes” – but DOC ignores answer – pushing him ahead
…
CLOSE UP DOPEY – candle flame stretches – hat stretches [these are very old visual gags, used again and again throughout Walt’s career]
…
(questions could
overlap – almost
ad lib)… DID IT KILL YOU?
DOPEY nods “Yes” to all questions.

Transcribe note, this was only a partial document, the ending being blacked out. Not sure why.
